Donna Simpson of Old Bridge, New Jersey, currently weighs 604 pounds. But that’s not enough for her. Or her boyfriend.

The 42-year-old mother is aiming to get into the Guinness World Records book by becoming the fattest living woman in the world, according to a report in the New York Post.

To achieve that goal, she downs about 12,000 calories a day–six times more than an average woman should.

Simpson claims she can eat 70 pieces of sushi, her favorite food, in one sitting. To help defray the costs of her $750-a-week food bill, she will allow people to watch her eat on the Internet, for a fee.

Simpson’s boyfriend is completely supportive of her goal to gain another 400 pounds, she says.

She has a 3-year-old daughter, and weighed 532 pounds when she gave birth.

Reminder: I will be running a free spring detox teleclass on March 22 at 8 p.m. ET. If you’d like to get on the call, simply register here.  You will then be e-mailed the call-in information.
